National Apartment Flooring was founded in 2005 by Richard Berle. After spending 20 years building his family’s flooring business in Southern California into the largest provider of flooring to apartments, he decided to branch out on his own. He believed there was a better, more cost effective way to provide flooring. “Flooring costs too much.” Richard set out to prove that with better systems, lower overhead, and reduced margins, that he could dramatically reduce the cost of flooring to property owners.
